The ADAMS RITE 7410 Mortice Release is suitable for use on aluminium doors and enables remote access control of doors equipped with the Adams Rite 4500 and 4900 series deadlatches. It is easily reversible to suit both left handed and right handed applications and is designed for use with both single and double doors. The release is compact in design and features a flat, long length faceplate with radius corners. It can be changed to fail safe or fail secure and has a 1080kg holding force. The strike jaw is unlocked by electrical actuation which releases the latchbolt so that the door can be opened without operating the latch itself.
